There WAS NO CONCLAVE seven years ago, therefore there was NOTHING to “Universally Peacefully Accept”

Canon 359 makes it forcefully clear that the College of Cardinals have absolutely zero ability or capacity to call a valid, legitimate, legal conclave while the Petrine See is occupied, no matter what, and no matter the circumstances. If they try to call a conclave while the See is occupied, no matter how much it might look like a conclave, and even if the College of Cardinals goes along with this error unanimously, it is still totally impossible for them to ever call a valid, REAL conclave so long as the See is occupied. It is ontologically impossible, per Canon 359.

So if, as happened seven years ago, an illegal, invalid, illegitimate, NULL “conclave” is called, what that actually means is that there was no conclave at all. I think perhaps people are having a hard time with the logic, specifically the Law of Non-contradiction. A null, invalid UNREAL conclave can’t both be and not be. Something can’t be both NULL and EXTANT.

Since Pope Benedict’s partial attempted resignation was canonically invalid, it was NULL, and thus Pope Benedict, as is visible to the entire world, is the one and only living Pope. Therefore, Canon 359 stands like a mighty bulwark defending the Papacy and The Church from… well, from EXACTLY what we are living through today – an Antipapacy wrought by enemies of Jesus Christ and His Holy Church.

In order for “Universal Peaceful Acceptance” to apply, we FIRST have to have something to apply it to: namely, a legal, licit, valid conclave. That is, a conclave that is real and actually exists in reality, not a NULL SET, conceived in malice, error and lawlessness.

Remember folks, ERROR HAS NO RIGHTS.

ONLY THE REAL COUNTS.

There was no legally valid conclave seven years ago, which means by logical definition that there was NO CONCLAVE AT ALL. Invalid means non-existent. It looked like a conclave, but it wasn’t a conclave. What happened in March of ARSH 2013 was a sucking maw of error and criminality. Universal Peaceful Acceptance does not apply to sucking maws of error and criminality, and thus sure as hell doesn’t sanate it, or bring into being something which cannot possibly happen – a valid conclave while the See is occupied. The College of Cardinals has zero ability to remove the Papacy from a man. Only Christ Himself can do that, and when and if Christ does it is laid out in CANON LAW.

Therefore, there was absolutely nothing in March of ARSH 2013 for anyone to “Universally peacefully accept.”

What ARE they teaching in law schools these days? Not logic, that much is clear. Thank God I just have a bachelor’s in animal husbandry and can still understand that in order for something to be “accepted”, it has to actually EXIST and have HAPPENED first – that only the Real matters, that only the Real counts.

I hope this helps.

Pray for Pope Benedict, the one and only living Pope whether he likes it or not, the Papacy, and Holy Mother Church.

Perspective: Influenza kills 153 people PER DAY in the U.S.

Don’t panic folks. Influenza is and always has been a killer, most especially of the elderly. Every time you see an obituary of someone over 70 dying of “pneumonia”, that’s probably influenza-caused. Two years ago, after a bad flu season, 80,000 people had died of flu in the U.S. – that was 219 fatalities per day, every day, for a year. Imagine how many non-lethal cases there were. Millions. Easily.

Every one of us has had, probably within the past decade, an influenza that killed tens of thousands of people at the same time. I had a strain of flu when I was seventeen that laid me out such that I literally could not speak. I got it from my grandmother, who was hospitalized with it for a week. I should have been hospitalized, but it was hospitalization or college, so… yeah. I went ahead and drank Gatorade at home and saved the five figures.

Why is it that people getting sick, and some people even dying from this one type of influenza is the end of the world, but people contracting and dying of the other kinds of influenza is no biggie? We all talk about “flu season” and flu “going around”. Why is this different?

And can I just say as an aside, if you freely choose to get on a giant boat with FIVE THOUSAND other people in close quarters for ten days, why would you expect to NOT contract whatever colds, flus, and whatever other mildly contagious bugs are on that boat? I cannot for the life of me understand “cruises”. Ick.

Why the difference? Hmmmm?

Just keep perspective. Millions of cases of flu per year with tens of thousands of fatalities. Every year.

Eyewitness testimony: Pope Benedict is perfectly mentally lucid

I had a face-to-face conversation yesterday with a person who had an audience with Pope Benedict XVI in Rome less than two weeks ago.

Pope Benedict is completely mentally lucid and sharp, and speaks and moves between multiple languages (that my contact eyewitnessed) with complete facility.

Pope Benedict, like almost all people over the age of 90, is thin. Almost no one weighs more at age 92 than at age 78.

+Gänswein was NOT present.

So, all claims that Pope Benedict is either senile or suffering from dementia are 100% incorrect.

I was shown a picture of the Holy Father taken by my contact, and it looked very much like the picture below. This picture is NOT from my contact, it is just very similar.

Pray for Pope Benedict, the one and only living Pope, the Papacy, and Holy Mother Church.

Please Join Me: Novena to St. Raymond of Penafort, patron of Canon Lawyers, February 19-27, ARSH 2020

I am beginning this beautiful Novena prayer to St. Raymond of Penafort, patron of Canon Lawyers, today, concluding on 27 February. The text is… perfect.

Please join me. One says this same prayer every day, appended to the Rosary, before/after Mass, whatever, for nine consecutive days. I please ask those who can to join me in this.

Others I will be enjoining with this Novena are: St. Michael the Archangel, St. Bernard of Clairvaux, St. Catherine of Siena, St. Vincent Ferrer, St. Philip Neri, St. Peter the Apostle, St. Paul, St. Andrew, St. Athanasius, Pope St. Gregory the Great, Pope St. Pius V, St. Zaccaria, St. Vincent Pallotti, St. Anthony Abbot, St. Benedict, St. Scholastica, St. Cajetan, St. Remigius, St. Clement of Rome, Sts. John and Paul of Rome, Saints Celso and Juliano, St. Tiny Princess, My Guardian Angel, Pope Leo XIII, Blessed Charles of Austria and Servant of God Zita, Brother Thomas Pauling.

NOVENA TO SAINT RAYMOND OF PENAFORT

(Patron of Canon Lawyers.)

Repeat the following Novena prayers every day for 9 consecutive days.

Faithful dispenser of the Mystery of reconciliation! It was from the Heart of the Incarnate God, that you did draw the sweet charity, which made you the friend of the sinner.

You did love your fellowmen, and did labor to supply all their wants, whether of soul or body.

Enlightened by the rays of the Sun of Justice, you have taught us how to discern between good and evil, by giving us those rules whereby our wounds are judged and healed.

Rome was the admirer of your knowledge of her laws, and it is one of her glories that she received from your hand the Sacred Code whereby she governs the Churches of the world.

Excite in our hearts, O Raymond! that sincere compunction, which is the condition required of us when we seek our pardon in the Sacrament of Penance.

Make us understand both the grievousness of mortal sin, which separates us from our God for all eternity, and the dangers of venial sin, which disposes the tepid soul to fall into mortal sin.

Pray, that there may abound in the Church men filled with charity and learning, who may exercise that sublime ministry of healing souls.

Preserve them from the two extremes, of rigorism which drives to despair, and of laxity which flatters into sloth.

Revive amongst them the study of the holy Canons, which can alone keep disorder and anarchy from the fold of Christ.

Oh! you that had such tender love for captives, console all that are pining now in exile or in prison; pray for their deliverance; and pray that we all may be set loose from the ties of sin, which but too often make them, who boast of their outward liberty, be slaves in their souls.

You were the confidant of the Heart of Mary, the Queen of Mercy, and she made you share with her in the work of the Redemption of Captives. You had great power with this Heart, which, after the Heart of Jesus, is our hope.

Pray for us to this incomparable Mother of God, that we may have the grace to love the Divine Child she holds in her arms. May she be induced, by your prayers, to be our Star on the Sea of this world, more stormy far than that which you did pass, when sailing on thy miraculous barque.

Remember, too, thy dear Spain, where you did pass your saintly life. Her Church is in mourning, because she has lost the Religious Orders which made her so grand and so strong: pray that they may be speedily restored to her, and assist her as of old.

Protect the Dominican Order, of whose Habit and Rule you were so bright an ornament. You did govern it with great prudence, whilst on earth; now that you are in heaven, be a father to it by your love.

May it repair its losses. May it once more nourish in the universal Church, and produce, as in former days, those fruits of holiness and learning, which made it one of the chief glories of the Church of God.

Through Jesus Christ Our Lord Who lives and reigns forever and ever. Amen.

Yet another respected Vaticanist, Aldo Maria Valli, openly expresses doubts as to the validity of Pope Benedict’s resignation

FULL ALGORITHMIC TRANSLATION HERE.

Money quote:

“After the walk, I go home, turn on the computer and find the email with a message from my friend who has long invited me to reflect on the impossibility of having a pope emeritus. I summarize it in simple terms (canonists, I apologize): since a consecration to a pope is not received, when a pope renounces his pontificate he cannot become pope emeritus, because he is no longer pope. He does not even become a cardinal again, but a bishop, and stop. Consequently Benedict XVI, with the renunciation of the ministerium but not of the munus (it would be to say the active exercise, but not the mandate) has done something that he could not do and therefore his renunciation is invalid. But if his renunciation is invalid, the conclave that followed it is also invalid, and also the pope who left that conclave.

My head is spinning. What if the friend was right?”

Mailbag: “I saw them for myself….”

Dear Ann Barnhardt,

“…because Ann Barnhardt walked away from a clique of sodomite and sodophile Trad pseudo-intellectuals in Rome”

Thank God!

I saw them for myself in Rome at Easter 2016 again when passing through. I was creeped out by over hearing men lisping camp abuse at the Italian families in the Trinita (TLM) parish. I was sick and repelled and deliberately spoke Italian and avoided them- like the plague.

Why? Why? Why?

I kept saying this to myself.

Why are these people infecting the Church.

Your whole narcissist expose has explained it.

May God quarantine them in an earthly penitentiary, far from people seeking sanctification in this life, like some virus and pray that their guardian angels help them recover sanity. It is possible – like Joseph Sciambra.

Thank you.

God bless you as always.

Testimony: I never met one lesbian in Rome. Only sodomite men.

Clarification is being sought, and I am happy to provide it.

I never met one lesbian in Rome. Not one. Ever.

Traddydom is infected by sodomite MEN. “Liturgical fetishists”. Hag fags.

I think lesbians are totally repelled by Tradition. I have never, to my knowledge or even to my gaydar, met a lesbian Trad. Ever, anywhere. Sodophile fag hags? Yes. Absolutely. But not lesbians.

I hope this helps.

Thanks, Father Hannon! And thanks to all of you. Some interesting inside baseball….

Fr. Hannon begins discussing “the Barnhardt Hypothesis” at the 11:00 mark.  He makes the point, in a very calm and measured tone, that all attempts at refutation have been ad hominem attacks against me and the mendacious straw man accusation of “sedevacantism”.

I’d first like to extend my gratitude to everyone for all of the absolutely LOVELY notes of support and encouragement.  Let me assure one and all that the personal attacks and calumnies against me do not bother me at all.  Not even slightly.  And I really mean that.  In fact, the thing that I am having to work on and be very careful about is laughing at these things (along with many friends who are watching quietly) because sin is never funny, especially grave sins.  Remember, EVERY sin is an offense against Our Lord Jesus Christ.  Every sin He bears in His Agony in the Garden.  EVERY sin He takes as He is scourged at the pillar.  EVERY sin He carries on His back to Calvary.  So, it is really important to remember, and this is my personal challenge in this context, that sin is NEVER funny because there is NOTHING about Our Lord’s Passion that is funny. Nothing.  As we pray the First Sorrowful Mystery of the Rosary, Our Lord’s Agony in the Garden, and we consider the Fruit of the Mystery, Sorrow for Sin, we must remember that that sorrow should first and foremost be for our OWN sins, BUT it is also sorrow for the sins of the world, including the sins of our “enemies”.  Sorrow.  NOT amusement. This is a reason why we say in the Confiteor, “thought, word and deed”.

We should also remember that Our Lord was ruthlessly and relentlessly attacked and calumniated, being accused of everything under the sun, from blasphemy to insanity to sorcery to being a demoniac, and probably other unspeakable things too that aren’t recorded in the Gospels.  One can only imagine.  So, when such things happen to us, it is just another opportunity being given to us by the Divine Providence to draw even closer to Our Lord, sharing in His Sorrowful Passion, even if only to a minuscule degree. Count it ALL joy.

Next, just another reminder pertaining to what Fr. Hannon says in the video above.  Many people assume that all of the various people that are so stridently against the case made by me and others that Pope Benedict’s attempted resignation was canonically invalid are fully informed as to the argumentation, Canon Law citations, logical arguments, etc.  For this reason, people email me expressing surprise and confusion that the people who are trying to discredit the argument often try to make arguments that I either anticipate or refute explicitly in the video presentations, and in writing, oftentimes repeatedly here in this space.  Yes.  The reason for this is that these people have not, to this day, engaged the dataset.  They admit openly that they refuse to read or watch anything I have done because I am “stupid”, “irrational”, “unqualified”, “ugly”, “crazy”, “sociopathic”, “narcissistic”, “evil”, etc.  I think we all know the real reason these folks refuse to engage the dataset.  They’re terrified that it is true, and that my presentation is sound.

Finally, a bit of explanation of why these people have a massive beef against me personally.

Years ago I fell in with a crowd of people in Rome that I should have never had anything to do with.  I did not heed warnings, and to my eternal shame, I disregarded my gaydar.  Men who act like super-campy queens act that way not because they are “super-smart”, but because they are homosexual.  Being intelligent does NOT make people sex perverts.  Diabolical Narcissism makes people sex perverts.  I walked away from this clique several years ago, and thank God every day that I did.  THIS is the root and genesis of the foaming hatred of me personally.  It is literally a junior high school-level thing.  “Francis is definitely Pope and we hate Ratzinger” because Ann Barnhardt walked away from a clique of sodomite and sodophile Trad pseudo-intellectuals in Rome and “she won’t do what we say and we hate her and we hate anyone who doesn’t hate her too.”  Um, okay.  I shall try not to sink beneath my own anguish.  It LITERALLY is that adolescent and stupid.  And goes to show you how important it is to NOT keep bad company.  It might not bite you in the butt today, or tomorrow, but keeping bad company WILL cause you problems eventually.  If you see or are shown red flags, and especially if your gaydar pegs, honor that. First impressions, while certainly not infallible, should be weighted heavily because they generally contain some truth.

Keep a close eye on this space as there will be multiple posts per day.  I have a list of posts and essays as long as my arm in queue.  IT’S ALL HAPPENING, FOLKS!  IT IS A GLORIOUS TIME TO BE ALIVE! KEEP PRAYING!! PRAY THE ROSARY! GO TO MASS! STAY CLOSE TO THE SACRAMENTS!

Please join me, if you haven’t already, in fasting and praying the “Matthew 17:20 Initiative“:

1.  That Bergoglio be publicly acknowledged and removed as Antipope, and the entire Antipapacy be declared null.

2.  That Pope Benedict XVI Ratinger be publicly acknowledged as having been the one and only living Pope, uninterrupted, since April ARSH 2005, whether he likes it or not.

3. That Antipope Bergoglio, after being removed, repents, reverts to Catholicism, dies in a state of grace in the fullness of time, and someday achieves the Beatific Vision.

4.  That Pope Benedict Ratzinger repents of whatever he might need to repent of, dies in a state of grace in the fullness of time, and someday achieves the Beatific Vision.

Mailbag Q&A: Ann, longtime reader from WAY back. My wife and I are convinced, and have started RCIA. There is no TLM anywhere close. Thoughts? Advice?

Q: Ann, longtime reader from WAY back. My wife and I are convinced, and have started RCIA because there is no TLM anywhere close, but we know that RCIA will get us into the One True Church. Thoughts? Advice?

A:  When people hear the truth, and see the reality of the situation in the Church today, not only is it not repellant, it is ATTRACTIVE.  Lots of people, including people who have been militantly anti-Catholic are seeing the obviously PRETERNATURAL attack upon the Church, the Papacy, and Pope Benedict, and are realizing that the locus of Christianity isn’t in the United Methodist Church, or the Presbyterians, or the Baptists or the Lutherans.  The Bergoglian Antipapacy is, in a certain sense, shining a huge light on the fact that it is The Catholic Church that is the One True Church founded by Jesus Christ in the Upper Room, and that the successor to St. Peter is its visible earthly head and Principal of Unity.  Seeing that the Church, the Papacy and Pope Benedict XVI are under withering attack, people WANT TO JOIN THE FIGHT – including lots of converts.

So, what to do if you are located in one of the remaining liturgical deserts?  First, the correspondent is absolutely right in that converting through a Novus Ordo parish and the RCIA program will absolutely get you “in”.  Antipope Bergoglio is not invalidating any sacraments… YET.

The risk, as I see it, is that people who are still very much learning the faith might be scandalized by Novus Ordo RCIA antics and misinformation, and run screaming.  This CAN be overcome.  As always, the way to overcome scandal is INFORMED TRUTH.  How?  Contact a TLM parish in a metro area and tell them your situation.  Ask if they can help you with your conversion studies.  Do they have a reading syllabus for converts, and even better, would it be possible for them to do convert instruction sessions via Skype or some other video conferencing software.

Now, understand, these TLM parishes all commemorate “Francis” at the Te Igitur.  What you are looking for is NOT a parish that is openly BiP.  What you are looking for is just solid convert instruction in the basics of the faith, NOT a forum to adjudicate the identity of the Roman Pontiff.  I think it is fair to say that at this point more than half of the pew sitters in TLM parishes have, at minimum, doubts about the validity of Pope Benedict’s resignation, or just about Bergoglio in more general terms, but don’t expect the priests to take any hard stand against Antipope Bergoglio.  Understand this, and just get yourself into Holy Mother Church as best you can, with as much solid catechesis as you can get.

The two main TLM groups in North America are:

www.FSSP.com

https://www.institute-christ-king.org

Get on the phone.  Talk to people.  Ask for referrals.  Network.  It would be totally reasonable for someone in west Texas to do online convert instruction with a priest in New England… or even Europe.  Don’t put up geographical barriers where none actually exist thanks to telecommunication.

We live in glorious times.  WE have been chosen for these days.  We have the technology to talk to anyone, anywhere on the planet, for all intents and purposes.  We have access to the sum of human knowledge, instantly.  We have the toolkit.  All we need is the initiative, the fighting spirit, and the LOVE OF GOD.  The victory is ours.  The only question is how it plays out.

Welcome to the war!
