The dog craps, she takes off her mask, picks the dog crap up with it, throws the turd in the garbage can… and puts the mask back on.

(Update: people are saying this must be staged because why was she being filmed?  The answer is, the girl was notorious for leaving her dog poop on the sidewalk, and thus the neighbors were filming her for evidence.  The fact that she did THIS was totally unexpected.)
