From a friend who owns a small (50ppl) business. He’s fired two people. I thought you’d appreciate his take:

“The recent spate of Charlie Kirk death celebration-firings is because Employers ALL OVER this country are using it to rid themselves of unhinged leftists. The two I fired were both absolutely useless, constant drama, constant complaints from customers. Should never have been hired in the first place. Nobody in corp. America just grew a moral compass. It’s simply a great opportunity to get rid of deadweight and if a person has blue hair and tries to ‘pronoun’ you, they 100% are deadweight.”
