Starting Friday Off Right: Pernicious and Damnable Edition

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

PATER NOSTER, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

St-John-Eudes-and-Virgin

Today is the feast of St. John Eudes, one of our favorites around here for his simple and forthright explanation of these dark days that has been cited here so many times:

“The most evident mark of God’s anger, and the most terrible castigation He can inflict upon the world, is manifest when He permits His people to fall into the hands of a clergy who are more in name than in deed, priests who practice the cruelty of ravening wolves rather than the charity and affection of devoted shepherds. They abandon the things of God to devote themselves to the things of the world and, in their saintly calling of holiness, they spend their time in profane and worldly pursuits. When God permits such things, it is a very positive proof that He is thoroughly angry with His people and is visiting His most dreadful wrath upon them.”

But today, let us ponder this quote from St. John Eudes:

“Any innovation in matters of faith is extremely pernicious and utterly damnable!”

The Novus Ordo Must Be Exterminated: Barnhardt CMR Interview Part 5

Given recents events, most notably the FrancisChurch going full hissing, scratch-your-eyes-out on Cardinal Sarah for merely mentioning that maybe it might be a good idea to possibly consider thinking about priests perhaps turning around and FACING GOD whilst offering the Holy and August Sacrifice of Calvary TO HIM, I am most pleased to reprint this, the fifth and final installment of my interview series with Pat Archbold over at Creative Minority Report.

Pat Archbold: As part of my ongoing interview with Ann Barnhardt, today we discuss the liturgy. I must say that the answer I got to my question is so outstanding and makes so many excellent points, that I have had to read it several times. This should be must reading for any discussion of this topic. Without further delay:

PA: I used to think that a gradual restoration of the sacred in the Mass was possible, maybe even preferred. For the most part, I have abandoned the reform of the reform as an end. If anything, reforms to the Novus Ordo are good only if they prepare and lead people back the TLM. In your mind, is the Novus Ordo reformable and how do you deal with multiple generations that have no sense of the sacred or what has been lost?

AB: Omnipresent preface: Most Novus Ordo Masses are valid and the Eucharist is confected therein. HOWEVER, almost all Novus Ordo Masses are ILLICIT in that they fail to follow the rubrics prescribed for the Novus Ordo. There are probably fewer than 100 parishes in the entire world regularly LICITLY celebrating the Novus Ordo Mass according to its own rules. Further, ALL Novus Ordo Masses are COMPROMISED, meaning that because the Novus Ordo was conceived in malice as a means of attacking and destroying the Church from its very core, the Liturgy, namely by hiding and obscuring the reality of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Real Presence of Jesus Christ, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, in the Eucharist, the Novus Ordo in and of itself is a cancer, and cancers must be cut out.

We do not defend as “a part of one’s body” a malignant tumor, even though its tissues are very much alive and it is fully connected into our circulatory, nervous, endocrine and all other systems. We do not make insane attempts to transform a malignant tumor, alive inside the body, into a contributive, productive organ. We do not delude ourselves with lies about malignant tumors, such as, “It is just a second liver,” or even worse, “The tumor is a superior form of human flesh. All of my other tissues are actually inferior to the tumor. I am sick and dying only because the tumor is not big enough – my non-tumor tissues are what is killing me. If my tumor were bigger and stronger, my entire body would be healthier.”

Before there can be any discussion of the Novus Ordo the concepts of “validity” and “licitness” must be understood. If a Mass is INVALID, Our Lord does NOT come down on the altar, the Eucharist is NOT confected and the Holy Sacrifice is NOT offered. If a Mass is ILLICIT, the Eucharist is confected and Our Lord does come, but He is, depending on the severity of the infraction and motivation of the malefactor, in a range from displeased to very, very angry. But with whom is He angry? According to St. Thomas Aquinas, Our Lord is angry not only with the priest, but also with the PEOPLE who tolerate and embrace the liturgical faults and crimes of the clergy. In fact, St. Thomas said that people who consent to liturgical abuse do not “obtain the reality of the sacrament”.

“Sometimes the one celebrating the sacraments differently [than prescribed] does not vary those things that are essential to the sacrament [i.e., the form and matter], and in that case, the sacrament is indeed conferred; but one does not obtain the reality of the sacrament unless the sacrament’s recipient is immune from the fault of the one celebrating it differently.”
(In IV Sent., d. 4, q. 3, a. 2, qa. 2, ad 4)

Now, when Thomas says they are not obtaining the “res,” or reality of the Sacrament, he doesn’t mean they are not receiving Jesus really, physically, substantially present in the Eucharist. Oh they absolutely receive our Lord, but not the benefit of receiving Him, not the grace. Rather, as St. Paul says, they eat and drink their own damnation. If one pauses and thinks about the gravity of what the Angelic Doctor said, one quickly realizes how the following statistics are not only possible, but entirely predictable given the Novus Ordo paradigm:

  • As of 2001, only 17% of Catholics in the U.S. attended Mass every week, which is, of course, obligatory under pain of mortal sin.
  • Of those who attend Mass “regularly”, less than 30% believe in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. For a non-trivial percentage of the 70% who do not believe in the Real Presence, it is because they have never been told or taught of the Real Presence in any way.
  • Among white Catholic Americans, 54% voted for Barack Obama in 2008. That number dropped to a MERE 50% in 2012.
  • Among Hispanic Catholic Americans, 72% voted for Obama in 2008, and 75% in 2012.
  • In excess of 60% of American Catholics support sodomite “marriage”, and Catholics have consistently “led the way” in polls on this question.
  • All over the world, support for and active use of contraception among Catholics is in excess of 90%.
  • 55% of American Catholics support abortion in all or most cases.

The Novus Ordo Masses are mostly valid, but the amount of grace flowing into the people, if what St. Thomas teaches is true, is little to none, not only because so many of them are receiving Holy Communion in unconfessed mortal sin, but also because the only way for an adult to receive the graces flowing from the Novus Ordo is to spend the entirety of the Mass begging God’s mercy and making reparation for the illicit liturgical actions freely chosen by the priest and consented to by the people, and further begging God’s mercy and making reparation for the massively compromised nature of the Novus Ordo itself, created as it was with full malice aforethought by Freemasonic-Communist-sodomite infiltrators of the Church, and again, consented to by the people, who have historically been the last and most strident line of defense against liturgical abuse.

Go back and read that positively Pauline run-on sentence again, and then ask yourself if it doesn’t explain everything we are seeing today. Everything. These people, these “baptized pagans” are all morally blind and intellectually crippled. They cannot think through even the simplest logical progressions and thus are all but incapable of parsing obvious, objective reality. They are staggering in the dark holding simultaneously contradicting positions without even the slightest internal tension, and are not receiving the grace which Christ so desperately wants to shower them with because of the Novus Ordo itself. To put it a bluntly as possible, tolerance of the Novus Ordo has made people stupid and morally obtuse.

Many argue that the Novus Ordo must be gradually reformed or phased out over a period of decades or even centuries because it would cause faithful Catholics to become confused and possibly lose their faith. I reject this argument on three levels. First, as we have already discussed, most ethnic Catholics today are already de facto heretics or apostates. They openly reject and deny what the Church teaches infallibly, including the Third Commandment (weekly Mass attendance), Fifth Commandment (abortion) and Sixth Commandment (divorce, contraception, sodomy). The notion that apostates and heretics should be handled with kid gloves and that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass should be subjugated to their sensibilities is itself a violation of the First and Second Commandments (idolatry and sacrilege).

Second, there is the argument that because the Novus Ordo was imposed upon the Church extremely rapidly, in a matter of weeks in many places, that it would be just as bad to make a quick return to the Gregorian Rite. This is pure poppycock. The equivalancy is false. The promulgation of the Novus Ordo was a very, very, very bad thing, an act of war against the Church by Freemasonic infiltrators in concert with Communists and sodomites. Abrogating a very bad thing and returning to something so good that the human mind is incapable of plumbing its depths need not and should not be gradual. We are called to make a clean, decisive rejection of our sins. We are not called to “ease gradually” out of sin. Likewise, the notion that the right and proper worship of God could ever be “a tactical mistake”, or “too much too soon” is a sin against the First and Second Commandments.

Third, the notion of the need for a gradual “reform of the reform” points toward a lack of faith on the part of its proponents. One of my oft-repeated mottoes is, “Never fear the consequences of doing the right thing.” Do we not believe that if the Church did the right thing and returned to the Gregorian Rite tomorrow that Our Lord and His Mother would shower the Church Militant with grace and that the Holy Ghost would, very literally, “renew the face of the earth?” Anything would be possible. Mass conversions of Jews, musloids, China, and all pagans. Reversions of apostates and schismatics, first among them Russia. Renewal of Christian culture and an end of the Culture of Death. Renewal of just governments, economies and the Rule of Law under the Kingship of Christ. These would be just the very first fruits of the return of the Church to the Gregorian Rite.

But, it will not happen except by supernatural intervention. Everyone today, including the majority of conservative liturgists, are far more interested in human respect than in God’s will. The worst possible thing that could happen, according to them, is to be “not liked” by the world, and so they measure everything according to that metric, and as a corollary adopt “moderation” as their creed.

I heard it said recently that the essence of Modernism is “We don’t really believe what we believe.” The Novus Ordo is the liturgical manifestation of Modernism par exellence. It was conceived in malice and built by evil men to scream out to the world that “We don’t really believe what we believe.” And now, almost no one does. It is, in absolute terms, satan’s most wildly successful attack upon the Church and mankind. And so, in answer to your question, the way to teach the generations who have never seen the Gregorian Rite is very simply by making them SEE IT. Because the Gregorian Rite proclaims in every rubric, gesture, word and adornment that WE REALLY BELIEVE WHAT WE BELIEVE. It is the antidote to the poison of Modernism.

The Novus Ordo is valid. Our Lord, in His infinite, unfathomable, condescending love still comes, ignored, denied, abused and despised, just so the souls there present will have the chance to fall to their knees upon realizing what His own have done to Him, beg forgiveness and console Him. Because God Almighty wants to be consoled by us. The mind reels.

The Novus Ordo is also the single most compelling proof set of the indefectibility of the Church. Satan and his Freemasonic, Communist and sodomite toadies, infiltrating the Church all the way to the core, could not fully invalidate the Mass. But to tell ourselves that we should be “okay” with the Novus Ordo is presuming upon God’s mercy. I cannot tell myself that my sins are “okay” because I know that Christ in His infinite mercy will always forgive me in the Sacrament of Confession. My sins are not “okay” precisely because of Our Lord’s infinite mercy and loving availability to me in the confessional. Likewise, the validity of the Novus Ordo and Our Lord’s presence upon the altar in the Eucharist therein is PRECISELY WHY the Novus Ordo is not “okay” and should be abrogated tomorrow – because it was conceived in malice by evil men in league with satan to hide and obscure the very thing that it is – the Sacrifice of Calvary. To take His love for granted to the point of subjugating it to human respect is simply wicked, and belies a massive failure in faith and charity.

If they aren’t persecuting you, then either you are doing it wrong, or you are one of them.

And all that will live godly in Christ Jesus, shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall grow worse and worse: erring, and driving into error.
2 Timothy 3: 12-13

This speaks to two near-universal delusions of today’s effeminate, post-Christian culture.  First, that bad things aren’t going to happen to us. Because, I dunno, we’re SPECIAL? Or DIFFERENT? Or, oh, wait, I know… WE’RE BETTER.  So nothing bad is going to happen to us.  Because we’re just too AWESOME to be raped and slaughtered like animals.  Gotcha. We’re EXCEPTIONAL.

The second delusion is that this situation will self-correct – that the truly evil people who have utterly infiltrated and infested every institution, from the secular government to industry to The Church, that these spectacularly evil people with Antipope Bergoglio first among them will, for some unknown reason, stop, pull back from their evil, and self-correct.  No.  This will continue and will accelerate. To argue otherwise is pure effeminacy – an unwillingness to deal with reality due to a softness of character and lack of virtue.  It’s also agin’ the scriptures.

When the twilight is gone, you come into my heart, and here in my heart you will stay… while I pray.
My prayer is to linger with you, at the end of the day, in a dream that’s divine….

They said “Some day you’ll find all who love are blind,”
When your heart’s on fire, you must realize, smoke gets in your eyes….

Now, laughing friends deride tears I cannot hide
So, I smile and say….

I saw the harbor lights, they only told me we were parting.
The same old harbor lights that one brought you to me.

I watched the harbor lights, how could I help if tears were starting?
Goodbye to tender nights beside the slivery sea….

The Antipope and the Sodomites: Barnhardt CMR Interview Part 4

I have updated/corrected this to refer to Bergoglio as Antipope, given my position on the matter.  The original at CMR is HERE. I have not changed Pat’s words, as I don’t want to put words in his mouth.  I have only updated my portion of the text, and even then, tried to change as little as possible.

Pat Archbold: This is Part IV of my ongoing interview with Ann Barnhardt. In this part we will talk about the Pope. Now I am warning you, Ann uses very strident language to which readers of CMR are probably unaccustomed. Look, I know how Ann makes her points and I asked the questions. I appreciate her candor and intellect even if I don’t always share her style. Bottom line, if you don’t like strong language and insults, don’t read it. I don’t want to hear any complaints about her style. Disagree, fine. But if you complain about style or language choices, your comment will likely be deleted.

It is my choice alone to publish it here.

So let’s get to it.

PA: I will admit that this papacy is a continuing source of frustration for me. Pope Francis has so much to say about myriad minutiae, that his silence in the aftermath of the Irish referendum and SCOTUS decision on sodomite “marriage” seems deafening. It should be obvious to everyone, including the Pope, that this issue is the tip of the spear that will justify all manner of Christian oppression in the west, but the Pope says nothing. The defenders of the Pope’s leadership will cherry pick a statement here and there as proof that the Pope believes strongly on this issue. But the lack of leadership on this crucial topic at this crucial moment is devastating, moreover with the damage done by the “who am I to judge?” fiasco, it is even more incumbent upon him to lead on this issue. What should the Pope be doing on this issue and why isn’t he doing it?

Ann Barnhardt: What should the Vicar of Jesus Christ be doing? Um, practicing, teaching and preaching Catholicism. That would be a good start. He should be offering the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the Gregorian Rite at the Papal Altar of St. Peter’s basilica, directly above the tomb of St. Peter himself, every single day, begging our Crucified Savior there upon the altar, with copious tears, to have mercy on and to cleanse His Holy Church and the whole world. This should be broadcast/live-streamed and made available to watch on the Vatican’s website and whoever else wants to carry it, with closed captions in Latin above the various vernacular languages. The Pope should likewise celebrate Solemn Benediction every day, and recite the Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, again in reparation for the horrific sins of the world – and not nonsense fake Marxist sins like “wasting food” or “using air conditioning”. No, actual real sins like sacrilege, sodomy, abortion, concubinage, and coveting and stealing other people’s private property and wealth, most especially by governments. Then the Holy Father should lead the world in praying the Most Holy Rosary – all 15 mysteries (You heard me. Fifteen. There are exactly FIFTEEN mysteries.), in Latin, for the crushing of and in reparation for the heresy of Modernism. He should conclude this daily rosary by reciting himself the Oath Against Modernism. Every. Single. Day. Once he gets that squared away, then we can start on formulating a plan for broadcasting him publicly praying the Liturgy of the Hours. The Liturgy of the HOURS. In Latin. Not the Liturgy of the Minutes in some barbarous tongue….

Oh, and there is also that minor matter of the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary….

Why won’t Antipope Bergoglio speak out about these grave sins? Let’s start with abortion. Antipope Francis had made it abundantly clear to all but the most pathetic of Pollyanna papoloters that he is a Marxist and thus a materialist. EVERYTHING he says is framed in a material context, including the wholesale of slaughter of pre-born children, which he has repeatedly characterized as a symptom of a “throwaway culture”. Because, you know, murdering babies is just one step up from not recycling. Further, he was reported as having said in an interview he granted to his favorite newspaper, the only newspaper he claims to read, La Repubblica, by his favorite journalist Eugenio Scalfari, an atheist Freemason, that the souls that do not achieve the Beatific Vision are “annihilated” and “there is no punishment”.

By Antipope Francis’ words, and the deafening roar of his silence, we can clearly discern that he doesn’t seem to think that abortion is really that much of a problem. Like so many others in the post-Christian, post-modern culture, the justification for abortion is that it is better for a child to be aborted, and thus its soul annihilated, than for it to be born and live life on earth in poverty. Which is so odd, because he is constantly telling us that the poor are superior beings that we should kneel before and venerate, and that God loves and is “closer” to the materially poor – not the poor in spirit, but the MATERIALLY poor – more than everyone else. Huh. It’s enough to make a person think that Antipope Francis maybe has an intellect rivaled only by garden tools.

Now to the question of sodomy. And let’s just cut to the chase and put forth the question that everyone is asking: Is Antipope Francis himself a sodomite? While it would explain much, I doubt it seriously. I don’t think he’s a fag. I think what he almost certainly is is a sociopath. Sociopaths are all about “winning the game” and imposing their will on others. For some sociopaths the “points” in the game include money and sex. Bill Clinton, Jon Corzine, Jim Jones and Marcial Maciel leap to mind. But all sociopaths share the common pathology of the lust of power and the desire to impose their will on others. For some, like Antipope Francis I strongly suspect, the “points” are in the form of wielding power within a political environment, which is how he views the Church and the curia – as a purely political organization. He gins up massive personal popularity with the full, giddy cooperation of the Freemasonic global media juggernaut, by ratifying and confirming people in their sins, most especially their sins against the Sixth Commandment, preaching a false gospel of moral laxity and permissiveness as “mercy”, religious indifferentism as “tolerance” and “ecumenism”, and personal indifference as “charity”. But, who am I to judge.

Now to the sodomites. The Vatican is CRAWLING with sodomites, and gurl, in the Antipope Francis era those nasty old queens are struttin’ like RuPaul late to a lipgloss giveaway at Sephora. Antipope Francis, being a politicking sociopath, formed an alliance with the Lavender mafia immediately because he knew that they were powerful, had numerous common goals and sympathies, including a visceral hatred of the Mass of the Ages, and that he needed them in order to push through his evil, populist agenda revolving around Sixth Commandment issues and Marxism. We knew for a metaphysical certitude that the Lavender Mafia was ascendant when Antipope Francis named the notorious, openly disgraced and may I say, utterly repellant old queen, Monsignor Battista Ricca to run not only the Antipope’s residence, but also the Vatican Bank. Ricca was shipped out of Montevideo, Uruguay, just across the water from Buenos Aires, in 2000 for being a promiscuous fag, carrying on an affair with a former Swiss Guard officer, getting the crap beaten out of himself while trolling gay cruising areas, and finally, getting caught in an elevator with a boy prostitute. Monsignor Ricca apparently lives by the credo, “Go big or go home.” When Antipope Francis installed and fully “rehabilitated” Ricca in the summer of 2013, everyone with two brain cells to rub together knew that the sodomite problem in the Church would not only not be addressed, but would get markedly worse under Antipope Francis, no pun intended.

While probably not a sodomite himself, Antipope Francis, being a few dilithium crystals short of a warp core, is also probably quite susceptible to flattery, and thus doesn’t mind the fags he surrounds himself with, because they are probably amusing and charming at table, and tell Antipope Francis how FABULOUS and BRILLIANT he is. Sodomite men, especially, tend to be shameless flatterers, which is why your 80 year-old aunt just LOVES her super-cute fag hairdresser and can’t understand why the mean old Church says that he and his anal sex partner/victim can’t get “married” and adopt pet children. (For me, it was my RCIA sponsor, not my aunt.) All because the fags tell their hags how GORGEOUS their outfit is… and then ruthlessly mock her as soon as she is out of earshot. Think of Antipope Francis, the fag hag par excellence, sitting at Casa Santa Marta for his well-watered lunch with Monsignor Ricca dressed in a pale-pink argyle sweater, and a host of other desperately amusing fags in the Antony Blanche mold…

“M-m-m-my Dear, Laudato Th-th-th-thi is simply d-d-d-d-divine. You m-m-m-musth be the th-th-thmartesth pope ever, D-d-d-dear. Now about that cr-cr-cruel, th-th-thrict Thwith Guard commandant Anrig, D-d-dahling. He thimply doesn’t underhand that we have … needths, my D-d-d-dear. We take the call to ac-c-c-ompany the thinner b-b-b-ody to b-b-b-ody quite th-th-theriously, m-m-my D-d-d-ear. (Peals of squealing laughter…)

antonyblanche

To Antipope Francis, it seems, it is all a political game which he intends to “win” by any means necessary. And the sodomites are probably his most important and powerful mercenary army. And make no mistake, they are kicking our ass up one side and back down the other. Or, as someone else has so forthrightly put it, the Bride of Christ is Being Raped.

Maranatha.

Yesterday was the highest Marian feast of the year- the Feast of the Assumption.  In the former U.S., it wasn’t even a Holy Day of Obligation – the bishops decided that it is JUST. TOO. MUCH. to ask people to go to Mass on Sunday, and then again the very next day!

Meanwhile, satanists held a black mass in Oklahoma City, with the specific intention of desecrating the Blessed Virgin. Reportage here.

But this excerpt struck me especially:

According to the ritual, the corrupted Mary statue is placed into the center of a Solomonic triangle, which “entraps” her. Celebrants dance counter-clockwise around the statue before a spirit severs the statue’s head, unleashing a hellmouth, or opening to hell.

Inside the statue is an actual pig’s heart, Daniels said. After the statue has been smashed, a  priestess pulls the heart out of the rubble and eats it, thus “consuming” Mary and ending the ritual.

“You’re basically going to have three rituals going on at the same time,” Daniels said. “We’re trying to show people how chaotic we are in nature and how chaotic our religion is. It’s all based on chaos.”

Please cross-reference this to Antipope Bergoglio, possible and ever-more-probable False Prophet Forerunner of the Antichrist, and his continual calls for chaos, most recently in Poland at the horrific “World Youth Day”.  Headline here: “In first balcony talk, Pope tells youth to ‘make chaos'”

And, what faithful Catholic will ever forget Bergoglio’s sickening contempt for The Rosary as he visited with a group of South American nuns back in the summer of ARSH 2013.

As I prepare my open letter to the SSPX, I would remind those SSPX’ers reading that when Bergoglio referred to these “restorationist groups” that “it fell on him to receive”, he is talking, in part, about the SSPX.

I share with you two concerns. One is the Pelagian current that there is in the Church at this moment. There are some restorationist groups. I know some, it fell upon me to receive them in Buenos Aires. And one feels as if one goes back 60 years! Before the Council… One feels in 1940… An anecdote, just to illustrate this, it is not to laugh at it, I took it with respect, but it concerns me; when I was elected, I received a letter from one of these groups, and they said: “Your Holiness, we offer you this spiritual treasure: 3,525 rosaries.” Why don’t they say, ‘we pray for you, we ask…’, but this thing of counting… And these groups return to practices and to disciplines that I lived through – not you, because you are not old – to disciplines, to things that in that moment took place, but not now, they do not exist today…

Do. Not. Exist.

The Rosary?

The Venerable Gregorian Rite?

Roman Catholicism?

Do. Not. Exist.

Do. Not. Exist.

Do. Not. Exist.

If your blood does not run cold at this, stop and think about what the denial of a thing’s existence permits a diabolical narcissist sociopath, like Bergoglio, to justify doing.

And so, here is the Lesson from the Mass of the Assumption, from the book of Judith. When I read this at Mass yesterday, I knew who this “enemy” was that we must enjoin the Blessed Virgin to save us from, this enemy who is seeking our ruin. And she will.

The Epistle. Judith 13:22-25;15:10.

The Lord hath blessed thee by His power, because through thee He hath brought our enemies to nought. O daughter, blessed art thou of the most high God, above all the women upon the earth. And blessed be the Lord, who hath created the heavens and the earth, who directed thee to the wounding of the head of the prince of our enemies; because He hath so magnified thy name this day, that thy praise shall not depart from the mouth of men which remember the power of the Lord for ever, for whom thou hast not spared thy life, by reason of the distress and tribulation of thy people, but hast averted our ruin, in the presence of our God. Thou art the glory of Jerusalem, thou art the joy of Israel, thou art the honor of our people.

St

St. Clare of Assisi, whose feast was yesterday.

I am always struck by the Mass of a Virgin Not a Martyr, specifically the Introit, which is:

Thou has loved justice and hated iniquity: therefore God, Thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
Psalm 44: 8

First of all, this is a very virile concept and verse to apply to Virgins-Not-Martyrs, of all people. We should be informed by this.

Also, ISN’T. IT. INTERESTING. that scripture says that people who HATE iniquity (immoral or grossly unfair behavior) and love JUSTICE, will be happy, joyful people. The world, today with Antipope Bergoglio as its spokesman and main propagandist, tries constantly to paint such people as miserable, fundamentally unhappy, mean-spirited, joyless people.  I myself am painted constantly thus – what a miserable harpy that Barnhardt is!  Clearly she has no friends, and will die a spinster because of her miserable comportment, joylessness, and shrewish, omni-critical worldview.

For those who have visited the “Van Down By the River/Creek”, yes, we share in the laugh.

The reason that people who hate iniquity and love justice are capable of joy and true happiness is, I think, because people who hate the bad and love the good do not go through life trying to hold or reconcile contradictory, irrational premises or positions simultaneously.

For the person who hates evil and loves good, there does not exist the soul-crushing tension that must come with denying the principle of non-contradiction as a defining characteristic of their person, nor the constant juggling of their own hypocrisies.  Being a hypocrite is EXHAUSTING for anyone who has not completely descended into full-blown Diabolical Narcissism/psychopathy.  This is why DNs are described, and sometimes describe themselves as being incapable of or never truly having known happiness.

In case you hadn’t noticed, post-western, post-Christian, post-human culture, and most certainly whatever “church” Bergoglio and his ilk are busily constructing before our very eyes (let’s call it FrancisChurch), are built entirely upon a foundation of denying that there is One Objective Knowable Truth, and a denial of the principle of non-contradiction.

The existential tension of this abject madness does, without question, bleed every bit of joy and gladness out of the human soul. All that it can ever yield is SUNSUAL, MATERIAL “pleasure”, which inevitably descends into narcissism, sterility and nihilism.

St. Clare, Happy Hater, pray for us.

Thank you, and now back to work….

Well, enough of this unpleasant and awkward money business.

New cellphone procured – straight-up purchase, no plan nonsense, 150 bucks.  Switch the SIM card and Bob’s your uncle, as the Limeys say.  And I’m sure the drone targeting system is vastly more accurate now.  As is the voice recognition technology and microphone.  Seriously folks – NEVER take your phone into the Confessional.  Leave it at home, or with someone.  There are NO DEPTHS to which these people will not sink.  Blackmailing people with confessions, be it sacramental confession and/or “spiritual direction” (as with the evil, sacrilegious racketeering outfit Legion of Christ/Regnum Christi), or evil, faux-confession paradigms (as with “auditing” in Scientology or just so-called “psychotherapy” for that matter) – it’s one of the oldest plays in the book.  Assume that damn phone is not just on, but ACTIVELY LISTENING AND RECORDING at all times.

Diesel will be delivered next week. WHEW!

A load of firewood will come the week after that.

Apparently, there are a few people out there who share my position on Bergoglio.

Also, there are a few Nat King Cole fans.

I shall endeavor to oblige both in the coming weeks and months.

Be assured of my daily prayers, the weekly Masses, and whatever special “extras” I can finagle.

Now, back to work!

Personal Update and Words of Thanks

A.)  As it can never be said enough, THANK YOU to one and all for your continued prayers and munificence.  In addition to the Holy and August Sacrifice of the Mass being offered in the Venerable Gregorian Rite for all of my benefactors every Tuesday morning at 0830 Eastern Time (set an alarm!), a friend of mine is doing the walking pilgrimage route of St. Benedict over in Italy this week, and he is praying on his journey for both my benefactors and my enemies. The blisters have set in, but he is pushing through and offering up the pain.

B.) As fully expected, I have lost a significant percentage of my average monthly donations since stating my position that Jorge Bergoglio is, in fact, not the pope, despite the fact that my traffic is up considerably.  Despite the fact that my position is exactly OPPOSITE of sedevacantism, for some bizarre reason, it is lumped-in with sedevacantism and there is an all-consuming terror by even the most traddy of Trads to not be lumped in with sedevacantism under any circumstance whatsoever.  I shrug.  It is what it is.  But it is sad to observe, because it is irrational.  To all of you SSPX’ers out there (my open letter to you is coming soon), it has not been lost on me at all that we now find ourselves in the same boat, but for different reasons: we are both falsely accused of being sedevacantists.

I also have voluntarily stopped writing paid pieces for other publications because I cannot and will not hide or dance around my position vis-a-vis Antipope Bergoglio, or really anything else for that matter.  I take “let your yes be yes, and no be no,” VERY seriously.  Also the part about the VOMITING out of the lukewarm.  If what a person says at the dinner table, or over cocktails, is NOT the same thing they say in public, that’s a problem. That’s a BIG problem.  Period.  But, as I said in my position piece, “Fiat mihi secundum verbum tuum.”  Let it be done to me according to Thy word.

C.) That said, I am going to do that which I despise, and “shake the can”.  I should very much like to fill up my diesel tank, as that will provide quite a bit of peace of mind as the cold weather quickly approaches, especially up here at altitude.  I went on a little field trip last Friday, and sure enough, we saw trees just barely starting to turn. It got me thinking that we’re only a few weeks out from cold nights.  I am delighted to be off the gas mains and have a big tank out back, but it is a significant expense to fill it, and the bill must be paid in full upon delivery.  Also, my phone died yesterday, which I guess isn’t too much of a shock as it is every bit of three years old.  I am going to have to buy a new phone/drone beacon.  Yuck.

D.)  I have sold a few cattle marketing DVDs off of the Reluctant Preppers interview, and that is a great help.  Thanks to the buyers!  I know $500 is a non-trivial sum.  For me, that is still the best income, because I feel it is in exchange for a tangible commodity/service.  I still don’t really buy the idea that my stating the plain, often glaringly obvious truth is a service that merits any sort of extraordinary compensation. It is like being expected to be paid for standing on a street corner, pointing at the sky and repeating, “BLUE!” over and over and over again.

E.) Thank you for the inquiries about my back.  It is good and I am walking 100% normally (for me, which is to say, like a constipated fascist), but I am definitely babying it, which is sub-optimal.  The subconscious (and conscious) fear of not just the pain, but especially the immobility of having one’s back in spasm is tough to overcome. Being a cripple and burdensome and even physically dependent upon others is one of the few things that genuinely terrifies me.  Good ol’ Protestant Anglo-German utilitarianism. You can take the girl out of the Black Forest, but you can’t take the Black Forest out of the girl (without a heckuva fight). That line of thinking is where all of the Euthanasia crap comes from – “it is better to be dead than a bother.”  I’ll almost certainly never fully shake that bit of Protestant cultural baggage in this world. It will have to be purgated out of me. Sloooooowly, and with great humiliation, I’m sure.

F.) I haven’t posted anything beautiful or happy in quite a while, so in honor of the Perseid Meteor Shower coming up on Friday and Saturday, which is supposed to be triple-spectacular this year, here is Nat King Cole’s “Stardust”.  Here’s hoping you can find a spot outside of town to watch.  And remember, God engineered the whole thing – the Swift-Tuttle comet, the intersecting orbits, completely for our benefit. Completely for YOUR benefit.

The heavens shew forth the glory of God, and the firmament declareth the work of His hands.
Caeli enarrant gloriam Dei, et opera manuum ejus annuntiat firmamentum.
Psalm 18

And now the purple dusk of twilight time
Steals across the meadows of my heart
High up in the sky the little stars climb
Always reminding me that we’re apart

You wander down the lane and far away
Leaving me a song that will not die
Love is now the stardust of yesterday
The music of the years gone by

Sometimes I wonder why I spend
The lonely night dreaming of a song
The melody haunts my reverie
And I am once again with you
When our love was new
And each kiss an inspiration
But that was long ago
Now my consolation
Is in the stardust of a song

Beside a garden wall
When stars are bright
You are in my arms
The nightingale tells his fairy tale
A paradise where roses bloom
Though I dream in vain
In my heart it will remain
My stardust melody
The memory of love’s refrain

Starting Wednesday Off Right: Happy Death Edition

Amen.

StLawrence

If I should be granted the grace of martyrdom, I should like, very, very much, to crack a good joke or two at some point during the proceedings, like St. Lawrence.

Happy feast of St. Lawrence.

St. Lawrence, pray for us.
